Unique wire wrapped pendant using genuine Moldavite and a Herkimer Diamond Crystal. Wrapped with copper wire which has been ‘antiqued’ for a more rustic feel. Moldavites come in different shapes and sizes, completely determined by what happened to them in the soft soils of the Czech Republic. This example I can describe as an oval. The texture is like smooth tree bark on both sides with some interesting holes which are possibly burst bubbles which have healed as they have been scoured by the movement of the soil and sand that encased this moldavite. There are no chips or breaks. We prefer minimal wrapping so the beauty of the moldavite shows.
This is matched with an 18 inch chain and a magnetic clasp to make it easy to put on and off. We are happy to change the clasp to a lobster clasp if you prefer and we can also change the length of the chain to what suits you – just message us when you buy.
